Thrity joined Cleland McFarlane Selth in 2002, with 14 years of experience in audit with Big Four firms and 7 years experience in commerce. She managed the firm’s audit section for 8 years before accepting the role of General Manager. Thrity provides the firm with business knowledge gained from her involvement with clients in numerous industries and technical expertise in financial and management accounting.

Her role is to assist the Directors in their efforts to ensure that the firm consistently provides high quality services to all clients whilst affording staff a stimulating work environment in which to develop their careers. Through effective planning, monitoring and organising she facilitates the evolution of the firm.

Thrity is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (UK) and a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
